Another Day at the Hospital

...................................................Yesterday we went to get Alexandra's cast put on. However as we were getting ready our pediatrician called to say that she thought an orthopedist should set it due to the degree of the break. She told us to go to PMCH to get it set. So off we go to Primary, and 5 hours later we walk out with basically the same set and an appointment to get a real cast next Wednesday. We really felt like we had wasted our time there. They said Alexandra was going to be put under for the procedure and couldn't eat. Finally at 2pm they said she could eat because they didn't need to move the bone back. She was sooooo hungry and hadn't eaten since dinner the night before.
Because she was such a brave girl we headed on over to Build a Bear and bought a prize. Alexandra was so excited and forgot all about the LONG day at the hospital. But it wasn't over quite yet we still had 2 hours of dance last night.
