Yes .....Darcy is a Boy

This is for you Dyana! So our new dog is a boy and his name is Darcy. We bought him from a family in Provo (low IQ im sure) and they had named him Darcy. That is where the name came from. I guess it is a boys name in a movie...some chick flick....I don't know....because thats not the kind of movie I would chose to watch. Anyways....we thought about changing the name to something that rhymed....like carsey, farcy, harcy or larcy.. .....as you can see nothing works. So Darcy stuck.

I am not really fond of the dog. He likes to eat socks. He likes to eat his own feces. He likes to follow me around the house. I feel like I am a mom to a 2 year old again. I would have loved to have 3 children of my own..... but a dog? Since Scott and I have been married this is the fourth dog he has brought home. lol.... luckily it came potty trained and doesn't shed. I HATE DOG HAIR!!!! oh and about 20 minutes ago...Darcy puked! Yeah I didnt clean that up either.

Today I had a dentist appointment to have an old filling replaced. I've put off this appointment for 1 year and I have cancelled it twice. Scott was willing to go with me today and hold my hand through the process. Not only did he hold my hand....but he made me laugh while I was laying in the chair. I couldn't stop laughing.....Thanks Scott for helping me get through this day! oh and he bought me a oreo shake on the way home!

This weekend I got together with some friends from high school. I hadnt seen some of them since we graduated. We had a great time talking about where we have been and where we ended up. Linda, Amber and I have been friends since 5th grade. Traci and I met in 7th grade and were roomates at SUU. We had a great time. Thanks facebook!

Good Times....

Here are a few pictures from our Super Bowl party. The game was great until the final moments. Scott was cheering for the Cardinals but did jump on the Steelers bandwagon for a few moments during the game. (trader!!!) We had 3 different types of wings, pulled pork bbq sandwiches, 7layer dip, lil'smokies, potato salad, fruit pizza, brownies and of course the veggie tray. To all of our friends who came to the party this year....Scott will let you know if you make the list again for next year party in the near future. (whatever!!)
